A 1200 denier breathable ripstop poly waterproof outer fabric with 200 grams of poly fiber fill is ideal for most moderate winter days in the paddock or in the barn. Thanks to extended neck design which acts like a shawl and extends up over the withers and partially up the neck, your horse stays warm and dry without the need for an additional neck cover piece. Additional protection from the elements comes from an extra-large gusseted tail flap and a longer drop. Fully lined in a smooth poly taffeta to help protect coat from rubs.

Tough and long-lasting 1200 denier ripstop polyester outer shell combined with fray-resistant polypropylene surcingles and a 3-year warranty allow you to feel confident in the durability of your Arktis Extended Neck Midweight Turnout Blanket. Stainless steel hardware on the surcingles and leg straps and a rubber-coated removable tail cord add extra protection against wear and tear as well.
